Three-side Sealed Pouch
Sealed on three sides, this is our most popular pouch shape, offering excellent productivity. Two films are sealed firmly together to ensure superior airtightness.
Pillow Pouch
A single layer of film is joined at the center back. Because there are no side seals, the pillow pouch can hold more contents than the three-side sealed pouch.
Gusseted Pouch
The sides of these pouches have a folded gusset to give more volume to the bag. These side gussets allow the pouch to hold more contents than the pillow pouch.
Three-side Sealed Zipper Pouch
A zipper is added to the three-side sealed pouch to enable the pouch to be resealed after opening. Suitable for food products, health food products, snacks, pet food and other products that need to be kept for a long time.
Standing Pouch
A gusset on the bottom allows the pouch to stand on its own.This makes the product stand out on store shelves, and ease-of-use for the consumer is also improved.
Standing Pouch with Zipper
A zipper is added to the standing pouch to enable the pouch to be resealed after opening.A more functional pouch that offers the dual advantages of being self-standing and resealable.
Maru Spout Pouch
This pouch has a spout that can be used to eat or drink directly from the pouch or for pouring. This latter function makes it suitable for product refills.
Maru Pouch Beak
This pouch has a beak-like protrusion that allows easy pouring of contents, making it suitable for product refills.

Pouches that tear straight
A common frustration of consumers is that bags are hard to open or don’t tear straight, causing the contents to fall out. MARUTO Straight Tear Film solves this problem with the addition of perforations cut into the packaging material, enabling the bag to be torn straight easily by hand. This product is suitable for universal design requirements.

Consumers are dissatisfied as they feel zipper bags are difficult to use. By processing the bag material a section which can be held is created when the product is opened, making the zipper bag easy to use. The product incorporates a universal design.
Single-action microwave cooking with this convenient pouch
This microwavable standing pouch uses MARUTO Straight Tear Film technology to provide superior operability and cost performance, making it possible to cook in the microwave oven with a single action.
Open Anywhere on the Pouch
MARUTO MARU-CUT EDGE bags have been designed to allow them to be torn open by hand from any part of the bag, without the need to include a “tear here” notch. Indication of ease of opening can be freely incorporated into the package design, so design features will not be affected.

Film that blocks 99.9% of ultraviolet and visible light
MARUTO Light Shield Film film has a light-blocking effect equivalent to that of aluminum foil. Because it contains no metal particles, it can be used in microwave ovens and with metal detectors.
Multi-purpose film for improved productivity
Leveraging our proprietary laminating technology, Marutop film delivers excellent low-temperature sealing and hot-tacking properties, strength, and heat resistance, which ensures stable productivity for both low-speed and high-speed filling. MARUTO ML Film is available in four grades to meet your varying requirements.
Control humidity inside the pouch
We developed our MARUTO Moisture Absorption Film with the aim of eliminating the need for desiccants by enabling humidity inside the pouch to be controlled. This is also expected to contribute to streamlining and cost reductions by cutting back on the desiccant-insertion task in the filling process. There is also no concern about consumers accidentally ingesting desiccants or the desiccant being accidentally left out of the package.

We offer an extensive range of containers, including trays (plastic, paper, aluminum, etc.), bottles (plastic, glass, etc.), and cups (plastic, glass, etc.). We select and propose containers that offer environmental solutions (low combustion calories / recyclable materials / thinner walls, etc.) and containers that will match your factory’s equipment.
Label stickers
We handle all types of label stickers. Taking into consideration factors such as the material, shape, duration of use and application of the label, we offer you proposals from design creation to production.
Paper packaging
We handle many kinds of paper packaging, such as product presentation boxes and cardboard tubes. For presentation boxes, we can propose a variety of sizes and shapes. We can also assist with box design.
Machinery
When we manufacture your products, suitability of plant equipment is an important consideration. We are able to propose packaging equipment suitable for our laminated films, together with the films. We also handle other kinds of manufacturing equipment, testing equipment, and shipping and logistics equipment. We also provide maintenance and after-sales services.
Other films
We handle a range of supplies necessary in manufacturing processes, such as shrink films, stretch films and PP bands.
Flooring materials
We provide resin floor coating services that are quick-drying and offer wear resistance, shock resistance, and chemical resistance. Our coatings’ excellent safety and durability make them ideally suited to the harsh conditions of food processing plants, where floors are easily damaged by chemicals and forklifts. The coating process can be completed in a short time, and spot repairs are possible. Adding this coating to your factory floor will make a great improvement to the on-site environment.

Design and Planning
Our design proposals are chosen for more than 1,000 products a year in various industries, with a particular focus on food products. We are able to make proposals from the planning stages, taking advantage of the features of the product to come up with the perfect packaging design. We can also introduce you to digital printers that are able to handle small lot production.
Sales Promotion Planning
We can make proposals for a full range of sales promotion planning, such as attention-getting POP displays, PET stickers, and display stands, from engineering to production of the design. We also offer photography services, and are able to introduce you to partner companies that can assist you with placing sales promotion stickers and the like on the product by hand.
