Manufacturing and sales of laminated film
We manufacture and sell laminate film, a product close to our everyday lives, that is used in the packaging of food, pharmaceuticals and many other products. Leveraging our integrated process from design creation and product planning through to production, we create packaging that will meet your needs.
Sales of packaging materials and machinery
We sell materials (containers, paper containers, label stickers, etc.) and machinery (filling machines, plant equipment, etc.) to do with packaging. In addition to our laminated films, we offer comprehensive services, from proposals to sales, to help you improve your productivity, promote sales of your products, and other challenges.
Flow from Planning to Production
We provide a comprehensive, integrated service that extends from planning proposals through to bag-making.
Through our integrated production system, we are able to eliminate time lost in sharing information and ideas between processes and transporting between plants, enabling us to reduce our delivery times.

Our development team actively visit you premises to exchange ideas with your engineers, based on which they develop technologies to meet your needs.
Image Processing
The completed design is speedily and accurately processed into images ready for printing.
Cylinder-making
Using our DTP knowledge and experience and our cylinder-making technologies cultivated over many years, we make cylinders that are of high quality and precision. Our plants are equipped with two types of cylinder-making equipment – laser and engraving, each with distinctive characteristics. By using these two different methods for different purposes, we are able to recreate clear, bright photographs and clearly distinguishable text.
Printing
With up to 9-color printing possible on our photogravure splittable printing presses, and data-based color management, we are able to reproduce the colors that you desire.
Lamination
In addition to dry laminators, we also have tandem extrusion laminators. With laminating of up to five layers possible in one process, our laminating equipment offers high quality and functionality, and fewer processes means quicker delivery times.
Slitting
The best cutting method is chosen for the material, enabling high-speed, accurate cutting in a range of sizes from narrow to wide.
Bag-making
We make an extensive range of bags to meet your needs, such as zipper pouches and standing pouches.
Quality Control
Production takes place under exhaustive hygiene management in a cleanroom environment maintained at Class 100,000. Our plants are certified by Japan’s Flexible Packaging Hygiene Association.
All of our printers, dry laminators and tandem extrusion laminators have double-sided in-line defect detectors installed.
